Under our Privacy Policy, we outline how we will protect your privacy by only collecting data with your consent. We won’t share your information without permission unless required by law or to provide specific services.

Whistleblower Policy

Under our Whistleblower Policy, MHLEPQ protects individuals reporting wrongdoing like fraud or illegal acts. Disclosures are investigated by the Whistleblower Protection Officer to ensure safety and accountability.

External Complaints and Feedback Policy

In our External Complaints and Compliments Policy we commit to accessible, fair, confidential handling of feedback, resolving complaints transparently, respecting rights, learning from compliments, and continuously improving services and accountability.

Code of Conduct Policy

In our Code of Conduct Policy we set clear expectations for ethical, respectful and safe behaviour, grounded in lived experience values, professional boundaries, accountability, and integrity for all staff, volunteers and contractors

Paid Participation Policy

In our Paid Participation Policy we recognise lived experience expertise by fairly paying invited participants, covering reasonable expenses, and setting transparent eligibility, rates, and processes to support meaningful, ethical and sustainable engagement.
